BVF 2000

BVF models belong to a new line of vertical packaging machines, designed to meet the needs of demanding production processes.

The purpose of these packaging machines is to produce fast. You do this both by increasing the speed of the machine and by the operator's easy and quick use of it.

The BVF2000 is an automatic vertical packaging machine that forms, fills and seals the bag. It consists of a cross-jaw system suitable for sealing heat-sealing films such as PVC cellophane, polypropylene, polyethylene aluminum and various other heat-sealing materials. The film traction system is made with rotating straps, driven by a high-tech servomotor with adjustable speed. The camera has automatic screen alignment of the film as well as an automatic brake on the roll.

The operator can easily change the bag length by changing the parameter setting from the camera screen. Changing the width of the bag is done by changing its configuration format. The length of the packaging can be read by the camera using an encoder or a blackmark on the film packaging material. All components that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel suitable for food. The frame of the BVF machine is made of stainless steel 304, characterized by its high resistance to oxidation and the small elastic deformation range of the material, thus ensuring a robust, rigid and high quality frame construction. Easy to use and easy to understand, the operator controls the machine from a touch screen with an easy-to-use menu in English.

The BVF2000 is equipped with a volumetric, weighing, dosing or metric system, each of which is used for different types of products. There is the possibility of adapting to the packaging machine a hole-forming mechanism in the package for mounting a stand, a nitrogen additive or other gas inside the package. A printing system for printing date, logo, text, image, barcode etc. is also added at the customer's choice on the packaging, as well as the label attachment mechanism. There is the option of adjusting the lift as well as the output conveyor and swivel table.

Finally, the BVF2000, like all other machines manufactured by Hellaspack, is entirely of Greek quality made of European & Japanese quality components, fully complies with EU rules and meets all safety requirements for both the user and the product.
