AUTOMATIC ROTARY FILLING & SEALING MACHINE SBF 200 filling and packing 2 cups per once.

The SBF200 comes standard with the following automations:

- automatic film unwinding and winding mechanism.

- automatic feeding mechanism for the boat.

- product filling power supply.

- automatic film welding & cutting mechanism.

- cup output mechanism (2 cups per cycle of the machine).

The SBF200 has a programmable logic controller (PLC) and is operated with a 10.4'' colorful digital touch screen with an easy menu in English & Greek
In addition to the options and settings that the operator can choose, the screen displays the flow of the machine's operation as well as faults, with repair instructions.

 Also provided:
 Possibility of controlling and monitoring the operation of the machine remotely via computer or mobile phone.
 UV disinfection system.
 Accident protection.

Additional functions:
- Easy cup die change at low cost if owner has a second different cup.
- Thermal printer for film or aluminum foil.
- M.A.P. modified atmosphere system.
- Product feeding conveyor belt and output conveyor belt.

The entire machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum. All filling systems such as weighing from one head to six, volumetric, measuring, dosing for powder and liquid products are customized.
