BSF500
The BSF500 is an automatic vertical packaging machine that forms, fills and seals the bag. It consists of a cross-jaw system suitable for sealing heat-sealing films such as PP polypropylene, ALU aluminum with PE polyethylene and various other heat-sealing materials. The film traction system is made with rotating straps driven by a high-tech gear with adjustable speed.
The operator has the ability to vary the length of the bag as well as its width by changing its configuration format. Machine length reading of the packaging can be done with an encoder or spot recognition photocell on the film packaging material. All components that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, suitable for food. Easy to use and understandable, the user controls the camera from a touch screen with a handy menu in English.
The BSF500 is equipped with a volumetric, dosing or metric system, each of which is used for different types of products. It can be adapted to the packing machine, press mechanism, hole punching mechanism for stand suspension, nitrogen or other gas additive in the package. A printing system for printing date, logo, text, image, barcode etc. is added to the machine. on the packaging, as well as a label attachment mechanism.
It is also possible to adjust the product feed conveyor belt as well as the output conveyor belt and the rotating table.
