FS - 400

FS400 is a horizontal packing machine, flow pack type, suitable for large confectionery, bakery, chocolate, plastic parts etc.
Work is done from left to right but can be manufactured and vice versa.

The main function is based on an electric motor and a mechanical gearbox of predefined gears that drives the entire kinematic part of the engine.
Its speed is set by the user electronically and reaches 90 pieces per minute.

The FS400 features rotating heated jaws with mechanically adjustable cutting delay, thus achieving the desired length of the package, while mechanically adjusting its width.
You are made up of three pairs of horizontal heated rollers for the advancement and welding of the film, which are automatically removed in the event of the machine stopping or suddenly shutting down.
The machine automatically shuts down when welding jaws are overloaded and gives the user easy maintenance access to all mechanical and electrical parts

All accessories that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) suitable for food.

It is possible to adapt to the FS400 printing machine a printing system for printing date, logo, text, image, barcode etc. on the packaging.

Finally, the FS00 is entirely Greek made of quality European & Japanese accessories, fully complies with EU rules. and meets all safety requirements for both the user and the product using safety switches, protective plastic and metal caps.
