The BF2004 is an automatic vertical packaging machine that forms, fills and seals the bag. It consists of a cross-jawed system suitable for sealing of heat-sealable films such as PVC cellophane, polypropylene, aluminum with polyethylene and various other heat-seal materials. The film attraction system is made with rotating belts driven by a high-tech gearmotor with adjustable speed.
The operator has the ability to change the length of the bag and its width by changing its configuration format. The length reading of the package from the machine can be done with an encoder or a spot recognition photocell in the film packaging material. All accessories that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, suitable for food. Its use is easy and comprehensible, the user controls the camera from a touch screen with a handy menu in Greek.
The BF2004 is equipped with a volumetric, metering or metric system, each of which is used for different types of products. It is also possible to adapt to the packing machine, a taper mechanism, a holes in the box for hanging in a stand, a mechanism for adding nitrogen or other gas inside the packaging and a printing system for printing the date, logo, text, image, barcode etc. . on the packaging.
It is also possible to fit a product feed conveyor belt as well as an output conveyor and a rotating table.
