The BF2002 is a vertical type packaging machine that forms, fills and seals the bag.It consists of a cross-jawed system suitable for sealing of heat-sealable films such as PVC film, polypropylene, aluminium with polyethylene and various other heat-seal materials.The film pulling system is made with rotating belts driven by a high-tech gearmotor with adjustable speed.The operator has the ability to change the length of the bag and its width by changing its configuration format.
The length reading of the packaging from the machine can be done with an encoder or a spot recognition photocell in the film-wrapping material.The BF2002 is equipped with weighing system of tow weighing heads, for solid products such as small metal parts or solid foods as nuts, small pastas, sweats, chocolates, legumesetc.All accessories that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, suitable for food.
Its use is easy and comprehensible, the user controls the machine from a touch screen with easy-menu in English.
It is possible to adapt to the packing machine BF2002 a mechanism for attaching a hole in order to hanging the bag on a stand, a mechanism for adding nitrogen or other gas inside the package as well as a printing system for printing date, logo, text, image, barcode etc. on the packaging. It is also possible to adapt a product feed conveyor belt as well as an output conveyor and a rotating table.
