AUTOMATIC THERMOSEALING MACHINE SAB600

 

The 'SAB600' is an automatic, table tray adhesive machine that includes:

• Film propulsion motor.
• Cutting edges of the film around the cups
• Adjustable thermal resistors with read and temperature adjustment via digital thermometer.
• Electronic Brain P.L.C. (Programmable Logic Controller) that guides all the movements of the machine.
• Digital display on the control panel to configure.

The operation of the machine is simple and easy to understand. The operator places the product-filled cups in the well-formed slots. Pressing the sealing buttons automates the process of welding, cutting and moving the film to a new position as well as the exit of the drawer after the end of the process.

The cup mold has one to four seats, which is determined by their dimensions. The process of changing the mold and sealing head is quick and easy, so the operator can change the shape and size of the cup on the same machine with a floating set.

At the customer's option, additional systems and mechanisms such as printing system (for printing date, logo, barcode, etc.), extra cup change set etc. are customized on the machine.
